CBS News suspends company-wide tweets amid Elon Musk’s Twitter ruckus

CBS News has suspended all activity on Twitter in light of the “uncertainty” regarding changes made by the social media platform’s new owner, Elon Musk.

“Given the uncertainty surrounding Twitter, and out of an abundance of caution, CBS News is suspending its activity on the social media site as it continues to monitor the platform,” said a national correspondent for CBS News.
