of big sky The star shared a shirtless mirror photo on Instagram showing her workout progress and urged her followers to “be consistent” with their goals.

“Swipe to see this time last year,” he wrote in a Nov. 4 post. “Start making your New Year’s resolutions now before the holidays, and you’ll be happy you’re two months ahead.”

Ryan continues, “Consistency is key. Some days are harder than others, but I always feel better after getting the endorphins moving.”

39 years old with a 7 year old son Josie second half and Naya Rivera— said exercise “works as an antidepressant” for him.

“I’ve never regretted choosing to work out,” he said, cheekily revealing his other goals for the next year. “Trying to get #DCuniverse #Marvel in 2023. Trying to hit the £185 mark.”
