Police investigating three sudden deaths at home in northeastern Ontario

Police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of three people at a home in Hudson, northeastern Ontario.

Sioux Lookout’s detachment and the Laksoul Police Department responded to a call to an unanswered person at the residence early Saturday afternoon, state police said.

Investigators say they found three unresponsive people who were pronounced dead at the scene when they arrived.

They say a post-mortem will be performed in Toronto later this week to determine the cause of death.

Police have not identified any fatalities, but do not believe there is a threat to public safety.

They are asking anyone with information to reach out.
