Toronto police released images last month of a suspect who deliberately set a trash can in Little Italy on fire.

The incident occurred on the morning of October 31 behind a building on College and Manning Avenues.

A man approached the trash can and set it on fire, police said.

After that, I left the place on foot.

On Friday, police released photos of the suspect taken from surveillance video and asked the public to help identify him.

He is said to have a slim build and sport his straight blonde hair in a ponytail.

Police said he was last seen wearing a bandana, a light-colored jacket, gray sweatpants, black shoes, and carrying a black cross-body shoulder bag.

Police are asking anyone who can identify a suspect to anonymously contact Investigators at 416-808-1400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
