Vernon Bowler wins bronze in Chase
Lincoln Lanes Team Places 3rd in Youth Game Regional Finals
The Lincoln Lanes Bowling Team of Alex Kazimer, Ben Hilderman, Taran and Lucas Lafwalski, coached by Trevor Lafwalski, finished third in the Youth Game Regional Finals at Chase on November 27.
The event was an above-average four-game pin with teams made up of junior and senior bowlers.
Regional finalists were from Vernon, Chase and Kamloops. 6 teams participated.
The Vernon Quartet averaged over 150 pins to finish. That was just three pins behind the Chase’s Village Lanes silver medalist.
Kamloops’ Falcon Lanes won the gold medal, averaging 240 pins rolled.
