Meghan Markle says ‘difficult’ is a ‘codeword for the B-word’ in latest podcast

Meghan Markle is outspoken about the ‘B word’.

On the latest episode of her ‘Archetypes’ podcast, the Duchess of Sussex shared her feelings about the negative language used to demean women.

“What these people are implying when they use that very offensive word is that this woman is like, ‘Oh, she’s hard,'” she said. is just a euphemism, or perhaps not even a euphemism, it’s actually a codeword for the B word.”

As for what seems “difficult,” Markle also shared her feelings about the difference between being liked and being respected.

“A friend of mine said there are certain points where I agree with the fact that not everyone will like you. It’s about respecting you,” she explained.

Markle also talked about how to deal with hurtful words and how to turn them into something more positive and motivating.

“When I was a kid, people used to say sticks and stones might break your bones, but a name never hurts you. she said. “But what if we put that pain to good use? The word b is shouted with one intention, but you can let it go and with a ‘B’ that better describes you.” I can remember all the other words..beautiful, blessed, radiant.enchanting, blissful, dazzling.take your pick.”
