Google has stated that it will automatically remove visits to the abortion clinic from the user’s location history as part of the list of new privacy changes. In addition, it automatically deletes visit records for locations such as counseling centers, domestic violence shelters, fertility centers, and addiction treatment facilities. According to Google’s blog post, when we identify a visit to these locations, the system removes the information. This change is currently only announced in the United States and will take effect within a few weeks.

The two satellites will soon be equipped with remote sensors to detect methane leaks into space. Sensors were previously installed on aircraft to identify large methane plumes and allow businesses to correct methane leaks more quickly. However, this new advance will allow satellites to identify leaks almost anywhere. Also, with the help of AI software, the system can quickly calculate the number of emissions that escape. This is part of a new initiative to make the industry accountable for leaks. It also helps identify countries and companies that underreport emission figures.
