TMZ first reported that Leno, 72, was hospitalized Sunday after a fire broke out in his Los Angeles garage. According to the outlet, “one of the cars caught fire without warning.”

“The flames burned the left side of Jay’s face, but thankfully didn’t penetrate his eyes or ears,” continued TMZ.

Leno has not confirmed these details, but told Variety that he is currently undergoing treatment at the Grossman Burn Center.
