What movie did you see in the theater when you were too young?

As far as I can remember, the first R-rated movie I saw in the theater was Robocop 2A movie in which a pre-pubertal criminal is mercilessly shot down by a drug addict murderer whose brain has been removed and inserted into the body of a robot. Horrible human face animated with rudimentary computer graphics.. I was 9 years old.

Ratings for PG-13 movies are notorious for not being introduced until the summer of 1984. Prompted mainly by parental protests against the human sacrifice visceral scene of PG evaluation Indiana Jones and the Temple of Destiny.. But this is not exactly in line with my own memory of growing up in the 80’s. Most of the parents I met during this time seemed to be fine with showing R-rated movies to their kids without boobs.
