Canada’s Transportation Safety Board (TSB) is conducting an investigation after a plane overran the runway at Waterloo Regional International Airport on Friday.

The plane was a Boeing 737 owned and operated by Flare Airlines.

TSB said it was en route from Vancouver to Kitchener-Waterloo when it overran Runway 26 at approximately 6:25 am.

There were 134 passengers and 6 crew on board. TSB said no one was injured.

The runway was closed, impacting some flights later in the day.
