Zilingo did not provide details of the investigation, but said an independent forensic company led the investigation.
A top consulting firm has also been appointed to investigate allegations of harassment that Bose has notified the board of directors after the suspension.

Zilingo said the investigation concluded that the company had taken appropriate steps and followed due process to address these complaints. A recent online report said it “caused irreparable damage” to companies, boards, employees and investors.

“By the time I was allegedly dismissed, the findings of both Kroll and Deloitte had not yet been presented and my report was incomplete,” she wrote.
According to sources familiar with the situation, Kroll was used to investigate allegations of “financial injustice” and Deloitte was used to investigate allegations of “harassment” by Bose.
