Irina Shayk aspires to be the mother of her ‘unfiltered’ daughter: ‘She holds me tight’

Irina Shayk gives fans a glimpse into motherhood and the value of hard work as she tries to teach her 5-year-old daughter Lea.

A model celebrating 15 years in the industry with her digital cover V magazine, She vehemently claims to be the mother of the daughter she shares with ex Bradley Cooper, and shares why her little one “has no filter.”

“You know, we don’t have a nanny, so sometimes [when my friends suggest] Whether at dinner or at a concert, they always say, “I know what Irina is going to say.” No nanny. They say it’s my line of salvation. But we chose not to have a nanny,” Sheikh told the magazine, adding, “Being a mother is one of the greatest things ever.”

“I never imagined I would enjoy it and love it so much,” continued the former Sports Illustrated phenomenon. I think, but the love you have for your child, it’s very special.”

Shayk described Lea as someone who speaks her mind freely and shared some of the unfiltered statements she received from her daughter.

“I remember when I dressed up as Bettie Page for Halloween, and she looked at me and said, ‘No, take it off. I remembered Leah’s disapproval of her outfit.

The Russian native loves being a mother, but explained how motherhood taught her to prioritize her time.

“I love my job, so I don’t want to lose myself,” admitted Shayk. “One day her daughter came home from kindergarten and said, ‘Are you going to work? ?” [on the table]?So Mom and Dad have to go to work.”

“I want to raise women and teach them that they have to work hard, just like my grandmother and mother taught me,” the model said. but you still have to set boundaries, you can’t give her access to certain things [in order] Make her understand that you have to work hard to get anything in life. [After that]then I said, “Look, Mommy is going to buy you a present, but if she doesn’t work, we have no money.” [to buy it]’ And she said, ‘Okay, Mom, go to work.’ “
