Just before 5 pm on Monday, RCMP was informed that a man had stumbled on traffic while crossing a bridge on Highway 15 near Fort Saskatchewan.
The policeman found the man walking by the side of the highway. In a news release on Wednesday, police said the man refused to identify himself and subsequently became in verbal and physical conflict.
After that, “physical changes” occurred, causing minor injuries to the police. Another officer and a passerby helped the man in detention.
