Nestlé was different last month cookie dough recall Toll House Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with Fudge Filling. Fortunately, there have been no reports of illness or injury from consuming plastic.
Which Nestlé cookies are being recalled?
There are three batches of tubs of edible chocolate chip cookie dough that are being voluntarily recalled, all produced between August 1 and 3, 2022. Tabs were distributed to retailers nationwide. The following batch codes with corresponding “best before” dates are affected by the recall.
- 22135554RR, January 28, 2023
- 22145554RR, January 29, 2023
- 22155554RR, January 30, 2023
The batch code and “best by” date are both on the side of the white lid. here is a picture This shows where information can be found to see if your bathtub is affected by the recall. According to FDAthe recall does not include other Nestle products like other types of edible or ready-to-bake cookie dough, so you don’t have to worry about them.
What to do if you have purchased recalled Nestlé cookies
If one of your tubs matches the information above, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warns you not to consume the sweet dough and return it to the retailer where you purchased it for an exchange or refund.
