Cybersecurity webinar for all Canadian federal civil servants

Canadian federal government employees are encouraged to attend a bilingual cybersecurity webinar next month.

The session coincides with Cybersecurity Awareness Month each October and is called “Cyber ​​Safety: Your Behavior Matters.” It will take place on October 17th from 10:45 am to 2:45 pm.

Presented by the Commonwealth of Canada School of Public Service, it features senior leaders and top cybersecurity experts who share insights on current and emerging threats and demonstrate best practices for behavior.

This will include a panel discussion with Po Tea-Duncan, Executive Director of Cybersecurity at the Federal Office of the Treasury, and Alan McCafferty, Director of the Cybersecurity Program at the University of Ottawa.
