“(Rich) encourages Canadians to exercise their Charter rights and freedoms by actively participating in the democratic process, to organize peaceful protests and to act as one of their leaders. We took the initiative, “said the ad. “MS. Lich has been unjustly imprisoned for 18 days, suffering for freedom, showing courage, determination and patience.”

Event tickets are $ 200 and VIP access is $ 500.
According to Crown, the price discrepancy is “the only reasonable reasoning that Mr. Lich has agreed to attend this event to assist (the event).”
Crown also claimed that there was a “legal error” made by Judge John Johnston of the High Court, who decided to release Rich under strict supervision on March 7, for Rich’s first. Request a review of the release order.
The decision overturned a previous lower court decision by Judge Julie Bourgeois of the Ontario State Court.
According to Crown’s argument, Johnston made the mistake “by not considering the objective gravity of the crime … and by focusing on the effects” of his fellow judge, the bourgeoisie. When I suggested, I made a mistake.

Crown also said Johnston had mistaken his claim that the mischief that Rich was facing “will not attract serious imprisonment.”
“Notably, (Johnston) has no special expertise in sentencing compared to Judge Bourgeois, who presides over only criminal issues,” the crown application said.
The crown also argued that the judge “has no analysis of how the release of a person who openly defended civil disobedience would undermine confidence in the judicial branch.”
Prosecutors have “destroyed” Johnston’s previous ruling and are seeking a judicial order to detain Rich.
Judge Julian Perfett is expected to preside over a hearing on Thursday.
