Akon explains why Chris Brown is unfit to be the next Michael Jackson

Akon believes Chris Brown has missed his chance to become the next great music icon.

Akon, who appeared on Shannon Sharp’s podcast “Club Shay Shay,” believes Brown is talented enough to be the next Michael Jackson.

“In this era, in my opinion, the only person who has achieved a legacy as great as him. [Jackson]would have been Chris Brown,” said the artist.

He went on to explain why Brown felt he missed the shot, telling Sharpe:

Sharpe then joked to Brown that it was “too late now.”
