Amber Alert Released in British Columbia Following Reported Infant Abduction

Langley, British Columbia Police Launch Amber Alert Following Alleged Infant Abduction

Authorities in Langley, British Columbia, took swift action on Thursday, issuing an Amber Alert in response to a reported parental abduction involving a three-month-old baby.

The infant, identified as Tyler DuRocher, is believed to have been taken by his mother, Brianne Ford, who reportedly fled on foot from a residence in the vicinity of 72 Avenue and 208 Street during the afternoon hours.

Police have determined that the circumstances meet the criteria for issuing an alert, citing “imminent concerns for the well-being of a three-month-old child.”

Langley RCMP has provided detailed descriptions and photographs of both the child and his mother. DuRocher was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeved onesie paired with blue camouflage pants, while Ford was described as wearing all black attire. Ford, aged 35, stands at 5’2” tall, weighing 154 pounds, with brown hair featuring shaved sides and pink highlights.

Authorities have mobilized extensive search efforts in the surrounding area, with additional resources summoned to assist. Ground teams, including search and rescue crews, are actively scouring the vicinity, bolstered by aerial support from an RCMP helicopter.

Law enforcement emphasizes the urgency of the situation, urging anyone who spots either individual to immediately contact 911.
