Lindsay Lohan releases cover of ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ 18 years after ‘Mean Girls’ scene

Lindsay Lohan is in a festive mood.

The actress dropped a new version of her classic Christmas track, “Jingle Bell Rock,” after performing in that famous “Mean Girls” scene 18 years ago.

The song was removed from Lohan’s upcoming holiday film, Falling for Christmas, and is her first since 2020’s Back to Me.

In 2004’s “Mean Girls,” Lohan famously performed the track at her high school’s winter talent show alongside fellow plastics Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, and Lacey Chabert.

Lohan stars as Sierra Belmont in “Falling for Christmas.” First movie in 3 years.

The synopsis reads:

“After being diagnosed with amnesia, she finds herself caring for a handsome lodge owner and his daughter.”

Chord Overstreet, Lohan’s sister Ariana Lohan, Jack Wagner, and Bryce Howard are also in the film.

“Falling for Christmas” will be available on Netflix on November 10th.
