1 1/2 cups champagne
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 finely chopped white onion
3 tbsp Western Sage Glacier Honey

In a large fondue pot, combine cornstarch, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk champagne and lemon juice until smooth. Add white onion and garlic. bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir gradually until cheese is melted. Stir in honey. Serve with baguettes, asparagus, pears, apple slices, chicken breast slices, boiled shrimp, and more.
