DeBues-Stafford was forced to shut down the season a few weeks ago after a stress response in the sacrum, but Knight, Watson and Seccafien are also being treated for injuries.
Knight finished 7th at the Tokyo Olympics at 5,000m and has been in the Achilles tendon since September 2021. Ahmed has already been nominated for the World Championship team at the men’s 10,000m, and his injuries and rest have not been revealed.
