A just-released report reveals the top 10 most stolen cars in Canada last year. This includes models such as Ford, Honda, and Toyota.

The Honda CR-V was Canada’s most stolen car in 2021, according to a report released Monday by the Équité Association, a nonprofit insurance fraud prevention agency. According to the association, he had 4,117 car thefts of this type. All of the stolen CR-Vs were built between 2016 and 2021, making up his 1.7% of all insured CR-Vs on the road at the time (236,555 units).

According to the report, Toronto and Montreal are the main hubs for auto thefts in Canada.
