Chocolada Recipes is a collection of traditional and cherished Eastern European recipes. These recipes were passed down through generations and eventually landed in Toronto in his 1980s. In 1988, Chocolada began selling three of his pastries to local European delis, and word of these pastries quickly spread throughout Toronto within his first year. They quickly upgraded to a thriving professional bakery and retail business. Often invited to Toronto’s most important family celebrations, Chocolada prides itself on being present throughout the lives of its clients. We currently offer over 60 different cakes, pastries, delicious baked goods, and seasonal treats like gelato and milkshakes. Their small family baking fun turned into a glorious booming business.
