TORONTO, October 5, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Spectral Medical Inc. (TSX: EDT) (“spectrum” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the opening of the unit’s prospectus proposal (“unit offering) company (“unit”) and private placements (“Notes Offering” and collectively with the Unit Offerings, “Recruitment”) Convertible Senior Bonds (“Note”) At least $8.5 million Canadian dollars.
