Rihanna shares favorite part of motherhood so far: ‘He’s a happy baby’

Rihanna is headlining the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show, returning with her first solo musical in six years, and releasing Volume 4 of her controversial Savage X Fenty Show. I have a lot of things I want to do. But she, according to the singer, has nothing better than her number one priority – being her mother.

The 34-year-old welcomed her first son with rapper A$AP Rocky in May. She brightened up as she reflected on the best parts of her new role in .

“Oh my God, morning is like seeing his morning face! They wake up to see a baby with a little bag and they’re just amazed. They’re trying to figure out where they are.” It’s the cutest and my favorite time of the day,” she said of her favorite moment as a mother.

Rihanna said she “cherished” those moments with her son, and also admitted that she started singing to her baby, making “freestyle” songs whenever she could.

“He’s amazing, he’s a happy baby,” the new mom shared.

Being a mother doesn’t just put Rihanna back in the musical mood.

“You know, it’s a cliché to do kid things, and I’ve always taken it for granted when you have a baby. It’s kind of the obvious next step,” she muses. “But when I went shopping, I realized, maybe because it’s hard, I need to start making things that I want my kids to wear. I have my own thoughts.” .”

She joked that she doesn’t want to reveal all her ideas yet, but Fenty Baby could be on the horizon! will be available in the Amazon Fashion store and Savage X Fenty on November 9th.

According to the press release, the new collection is “a tribute to self-expression and personal empowerment” and features a variety of textures, unexpected details and unconventional proportions that “combines seamlessly to give every body We create an experience that bends boundaries”. Viewers will be able to see the new look when the show airs on Prime Video. It promises to challenge tradition and break boundaries with a new all-star line-up of models, actors and music heavyweights.
