TORONTO, Sept. 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OEG Retail Cannabis (OEGRC) announces the next chapter in its story of rapid growth, expansion and leadership in the Canadian market with 23 Tweeds and Acquisition of Tokyo Smoke stores. Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland, Labrador. In addition to retail locations, OEGRC also acquired the Tokyo Smoke brand from Canopy Growth. Canopy Growth continues to lead in customer experience, product quality, choice, value and loyalty programs.

Upon completion of this acquisition, OEGRC will become the sole owner of the Tokyo Smoke brand and trademark, and all Tweed retailers acquired as part of this transaction will be rebranded.
