Gasoline prices in New Brunswick rose again to a three-month high.
State pump prices rose 4 cents overnight.
New Brunswickers are now paying up to $1.89 per liter for regular self-serve gasoline. This brings the total price increase over the last 8 days to 12 cents.
Prices have been steadily rising since mid-September after falling from all-time highs during the summer. A month ago, pump prices in the state were $1.67, a difference of 22 cents from today.
The last time prices hit $1.89 per liter in New Brunswick was July 21st.
However, diesel prices dropped on Thursday night.
New Brunswickers is now paying $2.71 per litre, down from $2.99.
This comes less than a week after diesel prices spiked across all Maritimes. In New Brunswick, prices climbed to a high of $3.07 per liter on November 5, up nearly 69 cents in a day.
