Software analytics firm MicroStrategy, the largest corporate owner of BTC, is hiring Bitcoin software engineers to build its new Lightning-based enterprise platform.

MicroStrategy has not only become one of the world’s largest holders of bitcoin with over 130,000 BTC on its balance sheet, but is looking to expand its ecosystem in creative ways.
When Michael Thaler stepped down from his position as CEO to become chairman, he announced that a decision had been made to allow him to focus on his Bitcoin initiative and acquiring more BTC.
MicroStrategy’s continued foray into the ecosystem builds on Thaler’s previous intention to focus purely on expanding the network. In fact, in keeping with his oft-discussed Bitcoin maximalist ideology, this job listing lists a few things to “look out for” for anyone looking to apply for an engineering job. The company is looking for applicants with Bitcoin his core contributions and experience with his SaaS his solutions leveraging the Bitcoin blockchain or Lightning his network.
Last August, Saylor and MicroStrategy were also targeted by the DC Attorney General, who announced his intention to sue both parties for alleged tax fraud.
