Melissa Bishop-Niag and her husband welcome a second child

Canada’s 800-meter record holder Melissa Bishop-Niag Announced the birth of her second baby on her social media, Olivia Belt Niriag.. The baby was born on Monday, July 25th and is Bishop Niag and her husband. Osi Second child and next daughter.

Bishop-Nriagu and Osi got married in 2017, Welcoming the first baby girl Corrine in July 2018.. After taking some time to get back to running, Eganville, Ontario. Natives are back on track for the 2019 summer season. Although her injury shortened the season, she returned to win her first 800m race in 2020 and competed in the 2020 Olympics.

After the Olympics, Bishop-Niag took a break and announced in February that she and her husband were expecting a second child. Their firstborn, CorinneI will be 4 years old on July 2nd and will start school in the fall.

Olivia definitely has some running genes as the daughter of the Olympic and Canadian record holders.
