- Daniels partnered with L’Arche Toronto to build a custom eight-bedroom condo within Regent Park’s Artwork Tower. Designed to meet the assisted living needs of L’Arche’s clients, the new home provides a fully accessible, barrier-free and inclusive environment for people with intellectual disabilities.
- Peel Region partnered with Daniels and the governments of Ontario and Canada to offer 174 units in a mix of affordable and fair market apartment rental buildings in Mississauga City Center.
- Daniels’ Accessibility Design Program (ADP) – A barrier-breaking initiative dedicated to providing a higher standard of accessibility that goes well beyond the requirements of the Ontario Building Code. ADP Home is now integrated into all of Daniels’ verticals and his community.
