On October 19, 2022, shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 10, 2022 will be declared to pay a dividend of CAD $0.0083 per share of common stock.^st) dividend and 21 (21^st) monthly payments to shareholders.

Our monthly dividends are considered “qualifying dividends” for Canadian income tax purposes.
