High-quality portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding Canadian companies

TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Dividend 15 Split Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the overnight offering of its preferred and Class A shares. The total value of the public offering was $61.8 million, taking the Company’s net assets to approximately $1.7 billion.

The shares will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the existing symbols of DFN.PR.A (Preferred Shares) and DFN (Class A Shares).

The preferred shares were offered at a price of $9.65 per preferred share at a yield of 5.70% and the Class A shares were offered at a price of $7.75 per class A share at a yield of 15.48%.

The public offering was led by National Bank Financial Inc.

The net proceeds of the public offering will be used by the Company to invest in an actively managed, high-quality portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding Canadian companies, as follows:
