According to principal broker Adam Duliban, Duliban hired its first data analyst in 2018, which enabled the broker to conduct a detailed segmentation project of its customer base.

“The main objective of this project was to focus on our valued customers and how to communicate service trends more effectively and predictively modeled,” says Dliban. “In addition to improving our services, we have gained critical knowledge and confidence in applying these learnings to attract and market to specific individuals without geographic barriers.”

Duliban also said companies are focused on using data to predict customer trends and be able to communicate with them accordingly.
