Ben Flanagan breaks Canadian record with BAA 10K

This morning, Boston’s BAA 10K broke one of Canada’s longest-running records. Kitchener, Ontario. Ben Flanagan He ran 28:11 and broke Canada’s 10K record in 6 seconds. This has been going on for 35 years.

Flanagan finished in 5th place, smashing his previous personal best in 30 seconds.He has been knocking on the door of Canada’s 10K record since he claimed Consecutive national 10K titles In 2021 and 2022.
