The Delta Police Department says it has handled three cases in 72 hours related to the ongoing BC gang war.

The first incident occurred on November 3, when police found a 22-year-old man with “serious gunshot wounds” at 92A Avenue and 117 Street in the North Delta.

Meanwhile, on November 2 and November 4, members of the agency’s Narcotics Squad executed warrants in the North Delta and Richmond, finding “narcotics, cash, evidence of drug trafficking operations, and firearms.” At the North Delta site he had two arrests, charges pending.
The third incident was on November 5, when police were called to a suspicious vehicle parked on Upper Canyon Road in the North Delta. Police found the unmanned vehicle and determined it had been stolen.
In a statement, the agency said, “Patrol personnel were aware that the contents of the vehicle indicated that the vehicle had been tailored to an area that could be used for further criminal activity. Violence is possible.”
