Raj is responsible for the financial functions of Avante and its subsidiaries, evaluating acquisition opportunities, integrating acquired businesses, and analyzing the company’s financial performance.

Mr. Kapoor has 30 years of progressive experience as a financial officer in Toronto and Seattle, USA. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Optimus SBR Inc., a management consulting firm in Toronto. His previous positions include Vice President of Finance and Operations at Baymount Inc., Chief Financial Officer at BizXchange Inc., and Vice President of Finance and Operations at iJoin Technologies. Mr. Kapoor is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.
