Memorial Day is a day to remember Canadians who gave their lives for their country in war.

There are many ways Ontarians can honor their fallen soldiers, veterans and active duty soldiers. For example, wearing red poppies, observing a two-minute silence, or attending a service.

Toronto has several ceremonies starting at 10:45 am on Friday mornings.
