Lithium Americas reports two contractor deaths in Caucharí-Olaroz, The Canadian Business Journal

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, October 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lithium Americas Corp. (TSX: LAC) (NYSE: LAC) (“Lithium Americas” or “we”) is deeply saddened to report two fatalities at its Kauchari-Olaros Lithium Project (“Kauchari Olaros”) Sunday October 23, 2022 in Jujuy, Argentina. Two separate incidents occurred at the camp and are not believed to be the result of accidents at work. An investigation into the cause is ongoing and authorities have been notified.
