Corrections policy

How Eminetra Canada handles corrections and clarifications.

Eminetra Canada corrects errors of fact promptly and transparently. This page explains our process.

Reporting an error

Readers who believe a story contains a factual error can contact us at corrections@eminetracanada.com or through our contact page, including a link to the story and a description of the issue.

Our process

Every correction request is reviewed by an editor, who verifies the claim against original sourcing before any change is made.

Significant factual errors are corrected in the article text, with a dated note added to the bottom of the story describing what was changed.

Minor errors, such as typos or formatting issues, are fixed without a formal correction note but are still tracked internally.

Transparency

We do not delete or quietly alter published stories to remove factual errors. Corrections are disclosed on the article itself.
