Diane Sawyer’s ‘Love Actually’ interview was cut short after police threatened to arrest her

After escaping from airport security in beloved holiday classic Love Actually, former child star Thomas Brody Sangster fled the law again while taping the film’s 20th anniversary reunion special with Diane Sawyer. I noticed that

The 32-year-old actor, who played lovestruck boy drummer Sam in the 2003 film, returned to his iconic London bench along the River Thames to shoot scenes with his on-screen father-in-law Liam Neeson, and was 20 years old. After Sawyer and Brodie-Sangster discussed the film for several minutes, the producer interrupted and said, “We have to stop. Police said we didn’t have the proper permits and they wanted to arrest us.” I am.”
