Westside Water Quality Advisory Ends

The advisory affected approximately 295 Killiney Beach properties

The Central Okanagan Regional District (RDCO) has withdrawn its preventive water quality advisory for customers in the Killiny Beach water system.

The advisory issued on August 24th has been withdrawn in consultation with Interior Health.

Approximately 295 facilities were affected due to higher than normal turbidity in the Okanagan Lake water source.

The Regional District provides water service to over 1,100 connections in six service areas.
