Wendy Williams wants to meet Sherri Shepherd after the new host has expressed concern

Wendy Williams would like to meet Sherri Shepherd following a comedian’s recent comment on the host of the Wendy Williams Show. The request is sent after a short back and forth between the pairs.

It all started on Friday when Williams talked to Fat Joe on Instagram Live. Fat Joe asked Williams if he would attend Shepherd’s daytime talk show “Sherry,” which premiered this fall after the “Wendy Williams Show” officially ended.

Shepherd joined the list of celebrities, including Fat Joe, who hosted Williams at the Wendy Williams Show last fall, after leaving the show due to ongoing health problems.

The decision to end the Wendy Williams Show was made in February, with producers announcing Shepherd’s own daytime series (appropriate name is “Sherry”).
