Pool Hospital has been a customer of our company since 2019, and as a result of our recent business expansion, there is increasing organizational and operational pressure. Having successfully used our products over the last three years, Pool has sought a solution to these pressures from Intouch with Health and reached this agreement. This expansion further expands the scope of Intouch’s solutions to Bournemouth and Christchurch hospitals and extends to the entire University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.
The Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust serves a 2.8 million catchment area that spans Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. The Trust sees more than 100,000 outpatients in hospitals each year. Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust offers specialized services in cardiothoracic surgery, cardiology, and respiratory medicine including adult cystic fibrosis and diagnostic imaging.
Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS FoundationTrust is licensed for a suite of Intouch patient flow solutions, including check-in, calling, flow manager, mobile and HL7 channel software solutions. This license agreement consists of software products only and is expected to be deployed for 12 weeks. By implementing these programs, Trust can expect to improve patient experience and clinical efficiency.
