Calgary police are looking for a man they say randomly assaulted at least 10 people downtown in the city during his commute Tuesday morning.
Shortly after 9am, police tweeted a warning to the public about a man they said was attacking people indiscriminately.

““We are warning the public about a man who randomly assaulted at least 10 people downtown this morning and is currently being searched by police,” they said.

“People who see this person are advised to stay away and call 911.”
The tweet included two photos of a skinny black man wearing a blue jacket with a white collar, dark pants, and a large blue feathered hat.
The attack is the latest in a series of serious and random attacks in the city in recent months, many of them in the downtown core.
