GO Transit workers reached tentative deal with Metrolinks to end strike, union says
The union representing the striking GO Transit workers says it has reached a tentative agreement to end the Metrolinks strike.
Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1587 Released, Over 2,200 Station Workers, Bus Drivers, Maintenance Workers, Road Safety Officers and Off-Office Professionals Will Vote to Ratify the Agreement in the coming days said it plans to.
The union said the interim deal addresses concerns about safety and outsourcing issues.
