(CSE: FIT; OTC: FITSF) (“We” or “Koios”) was granted Controlled Trading Order (“MCTO”) status by the Securities Commission of British Columbia on September 29, 2022 under National Policy 12-203 – Controlled Trading Order (“NP 12-203”). We provide the latest information about On September 29, 2022, the Company announced that it will delay the filing of its financial statements for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2022 and the accompanying management discussion and analysis for reasons disclosed in a news release.
