‘Diary Of A Wimpy Kid’ Clip Teases ‘Epic’ Party, New Poster Art Revealed

Greg Heffley is back in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules.

Disney has released a new clip from the upcoming animated children’s film featuring Greg saying goodbye to his parents’ trip. , reassure him that he might be able to develop a quality sibling bond.

But as soon as his parents walk away from the situation, Rodrick makes other plans and soon ropes Greg into throwing a “grand party.”

“The Heffley brothers are throwing this party together,” he says. “People will keep talking about this for years.”

Along with the new clip, the studio has released a new poster for the film.

Greg and his friends are back for the party of their lives, as Greg has to take care of his unruly little brother Rodrik.

The film is the second in the animated franchise and is based on the second book in Jeff Kinney’s hugely popular series of children’s books. Sissy Kid’s Diary.

Luke Cormican is directing this entry in the franchise, with Kinney serving as the film’s writer and producer.

Brady Noon, Ethan William Childress, Edward Asner, Chris Diamantopoulos, Erica Serra, and Hunter Dillon play voice roles in the film.

The new movie will feature the new song “Can You Smell Us Now”.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on December 2nd.
