Berlin Marathon Preview: Will Records Always Be Broken?

Gilmay Gebreslassie After missing the podium at the Rio Olympics, he won the 2015 Beijing World Championships and the 2016 New York Marathon. Ghebreslassie has experience, but he may not be fast enough to catch Adora or Kipchoge in a 2:05 race.

D’Amato is the fastest of the 24 runners in the women’s elite field with a time of 2:19:12, but has been preparing for Berlin after posting a 2:23:34 at the World Championships in Berlin.
