Anaheim, CA — Industrial Light & Magic, a visual effects company founded by George Lucas, is documentary in a new six-part series premiered at Disney + later this summer.

Early episodes capture how Johnston designed the X-Wing Starfighter and the Millennium Falcon. Kasdan said he was inspired to make a documentary. He wanted to know the creative mind that touched the movie beyond the movie. Star Wars Universe with their work in movies like Back to the future, Unable to perform mission, Black leopard, the avengers, Forrest Gump, the Jurassic Park Series etc.

But the real reason he wanted to make Light & magicIt was to inspire his grandchildren and other young people.

“At the heart of this is the idea that we can overcome problems and inspire people at any time,” says Kasdan.
