Stagwell (STGW) Marketing Cloud Acquires Customer Experience and Insights Leader Maru Group, Expands Global Platform, Canadian Business Journal

TORONTO, OCTOBER 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TODAY, circle group (‘Maru’) announced that it has been acquired by Stagwell, a challenger network built to transform marketing.

Maru Group, a leading software platform with unique implicit response capabilities for generating experiences and insights, will join Stagwell Marketing Cloud, a suite of proprietary SaaS and DaaS tools for internal marketing teams. Maru’s suite provides real-time access to insights and results, bringing adaptive interpretation of consumer data on behavior, transactions, and attitudes to his one ecosystem.
